We depend heavily on volunteer power. You do not need to know anything about horses and training is provided. Smiles are never in short order on Tuesday and Thursday nights at the Circle H Stables!
The purpose of S.T.A.R.S. is to provide opportunities for people ages 6 and older with special needs to achieve new successes in horsemanship. Riders will have one-on-one attention as they challenge themselves to accomplish their goals. Riders will be intentionally paired with a horse that will help them reach their aspirations.
Each year, volunteers, interns, and donations are needed and appreciated to make S.T.A.R.S. happen! For session schedules, see the "Sessions" tab at the top and for volunteer sign up forms see the "Forms" tab. To donate, see our "Donate" tab!
While we appreciate all our volunteers, we understand that they may have other commitments. We appreciate any time commitment that is offered. We just ask that you can attend an orientation/training for your safety as well as the safety of the participants, horses, and other volunteers.
2022 Orientation/Training for Volunteers:
May 24, 25, and 26 at 5:30 at Circle H Stables
